1. Registration

Some services are only available and can be accessed when registered and became a jobinkathmanduvalley.com member. Registration is free.

2. Account

You will create your profile using your personal information and will be asked to attach your CV within your account. You will have a record of your activity on our website, such as application history, save jobs and get notification about job alerts and any marketing material unless you wish to opt out.

You will be able to apply to job offer within the website using your profile, this means the company will then have access to your data.

We do not guarantee a minimum volume of storage capacity for your Profile. We have the right to temporarily restrict the data volume for uploads of data, especially if necessary due to technical reasons.

3. Regulation

Job seeker – Check the employer identity, business legitimacy, commencement date and any information about the job offer such as; designation, location, hours, qualification and experience required. Consider any necessary information required by law or for you to take the job position.

Interruptions and Errors in Service

We try to ensure and maintain the website standard to remain high knowing that the internet is not an inherently stable medium and interruptions, errors of the service may occur at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will operate error free without viruses or other harmful mechanisms.
